Heather has been a pure JOY! Not only has she been beyond efficient and effective, more importantly, she has been patient, kind, and so very in-tuned with the vision we have for our books. She has changed, rearranged, back tracked and started all over to find exactly the right way for us to tell and sell our Serendipitous concepts and stories. She has bent over backwards to fit her services to our unique needs and through the entire process, she has kept a smile in her voice and a compassionate and sincere tone to every communication! Of course we’re delighted to have a great website for people to visit, and we have no doubts as to Heather’s expertise in her chosen field, but I think what impressed both Bethany and myself the most was that everything was a completely collaborative effort. We had input on everything from fonts to photos. So, although we didn’t have to do any of the technical stuff, the website wound up being completely 100% ours and we love it. Heather has remained kind and patient throughout. It has truly been a fun process and we are thrilled with the outcome.
